Job Details:

• Work a 4x10 schedule Wednesday through Saturday with varied shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• Required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families/caregivers
• Services include evaluation and treatment of self-care activities, ADL skills, and community reintegration
• Conduct evaluations, develop appropriate plans of care, and provide occupational therapy services through time of discharge
• Provide input to the interdisciplinary team regarding ongoing patient care and comprehensive discharge planning
• May be asked to participate in program development and outcome measurements in clinical settings
• Minimum two years of clinical experience required
• Must obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Occupational Therapy License (provisional license acceptable until full license is issued)
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and CPR certification upon hire
