Registered Nurse - Infusion @ Sturdy Health

RN - Infusion

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 5 days per week schedule
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• 12-bed infusion unit with average daily census of 32 patients
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle hematology and oncology patients, plus non-oncology conditions including asthma/allergy, GI, rheumatology, and MS
• Perform port accessing and IV placement procedures
• Use Omnicell medication system and Cerner documentation system with Intellidose
• Required certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certificate
• OCN certification preferred
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• 3-4 shift orientation with preceptor (32 hours total)
• Scrubs not provided - any color acceptable
• Massachusetts license required in hand at time of submission
• Standard contract length is 14 weeks
• Cerner experience preferred but not required
• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract
