CVICU RN Job in Hattiesburg, MS

Merit Health Wesley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) on the night shift. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Overtime available after 48 hours worked per week
• Nights-only schedule

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for cardiovascular intensive care patients
• Monitor and assess post-operative open heart surgery patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced critical care environment

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 1+ year of documented open heart experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility

Compensation & Duration

• Weekly pay: $1,892.16
• 13-week assignment
• Immediate start available
