Telemetry RN Job in Des Moines, IA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a Telemetry position at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 4, 2026.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
• Weekly pay: $2,213.64

Role Responsibilities:

You will provide medical-surgical telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs for assigned patients, administering medications and treatments as ordered, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and positive outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Current RN licensure
• Willingness to float between two campus locations (Main and West Campus)
