RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Patient ratio of 3:1 for Step-down and 4:1 for Telemetry
• Responsibility of patient care falls on nurses, not CNAs
• All travelers report to onboarding location at 7:00 AM on their start date
