Cath Lab Technologist

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour day shifts starting at 9:30 AM<br>• Handle varying caseloads from 0 to 5-6 cases per day<br>• Perform PCIs, peripherals, diagnostic caths, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters<br>• Must have experience to help train new nurses<br>• Knowledge of balloon pumps and STEMI experience preferred<br>• Scrubbing required for Cath Lab Technologists<br>• Work with GE equipment<br>• Use Cerner, Sensis, and Merge charting systems<br>• Currently have 1 cath lab with plans to expand to 2 cath labs<br>• Possible call shifts may be required<br>• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy<br>• BSN not required<br>• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks<br>• 50 mile radius rule applies</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates a cardiac catheterization laboratory providing comprehensive cardiovascular interventional services to the community.
