CT Technologist Job in Mesquite, Nevada

Mesa View Regional Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Mesquite, Nevada. You will work three 12.5-hour day shifts per week, scheduled Wednesday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a weekly pay of $2,153.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate CT scan equipment, positioning patients correctly to capture appropriate diagnostic images
• Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions and administer contrast materials as ordered
• Produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues to support medical diagnosis
• Perform quality control procedures and apply radiation safety standards independently
• Provide coverage for other areas within the Radiology Department as needed
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills with patients and clinical staff

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging
• Graduate from an accredited Radiology program
• A.R.R.T. registration
• Current Nevada X-ray License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Prior travel healthcare experience required; local candidates not considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• CT Registry certification
