Physical Therapist Job in Raceland, LA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment at Ochsner Therapy & Wellness in Raceland, LA. This role is ideal for clinicians with pediatric experience who are ready to make a direct impact on young patients' development and mobility.

Schedule and Duration

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40-hour orientation required, conducted 5 days per week with billable modules
• Assignment begins May 11, 2026

Patient Population and Conditions

You will treat infants, pediatric, and adolescent patients with developmental delays, torticollis, brachial plexus injuries, toe walking, and related conditions. Your clinical expertise will support children at various stages of growth and recovery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (pediatric PT experience accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Louisiana State License or Compact license in hand at time of application
• If booked with a pending license, you must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing
• Two Manager/Supervisor references required for clearance to start
• Must be located more than 65 miles from the facility (no local travelers)
• If you previously worked as permanent staff at this facility, you must be separated for a full 1 year before eligibility
• Epic charting system experience preferred

• During emergency events, you may be assigned to the emergency response team with expectation to remain until the event concludes

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,698 for this 40-hour assignment.
