Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Day shift position in Cardiovascular Operating Room
• Must have open heart surgery experience - required
• Must have vascular surgery experience - required
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Call requirements will be discussed during interview
• Every 4th weekend coverage required
• 30 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred
• Current RN compact/multistate license or South Carolina state license required
• 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required
• Associate degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Work in 5-bed/5-room unit
• Interdisciplinary support includes IV Teams and Radiology
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing
• Modules are billable up to 16 hours and completed pre-start
• Must be willing to float to other qualified units as needed based on census
• Local candidates and first-time travelers accepted
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Orientation occurs every Monday
