Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in critical care units and floors with floating capabilities across all areas<br>• Patient ratios range from 10-25 patients<br>• Varying weekend schedule requiring at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule<br>• Work with specialized equipment including GE R860 Adult ventilators, Draeger Infant/Pediatric ventilators, Newport HT70 transport ventilators, V60 Non-invasive devices, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices<br>• Utilize Cerner electronic medical records system<br>• Required certifications: North Carolina Respiratory License, RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist), BLS, ACLS, PALS<br>• Preferred certification: NRP<br>• Dress code requires medium gray/pewter scrubs<br>• Provide respiratory care services across adult service lines and NICU/pediatric service lines<br>• Work in a department with approximately 120 respiratory therapy staff members</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This flagship healthcare facility is an 815-bed hospital that has been recognized as one of America&#39;s 50 Best Hospitals for multiple consecutive years, ranking in the top 1% of hospitals nationwide for clinical quality.
