Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with call rotation after hours
• On-call requirement of 10 shifts per month with weekend call included
• Work with adult and geriatric patient population
• Daily census of 6-10 patients in 2-room cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Must have strong experience with interventional cases and performing STEMI procedures
• Must be comfortable using EP devices
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience required
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Perform procedures including Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, Rotablator, pacemaker/defibrillator device placement, stents, thrombectomy, balloon angioplasty, and PCI
• Must have interventional cases experience (not IR), STEMI experience preferred
• EP and TAVR experience highly preferred
• Floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• First-time travelers accepted
• Travel experience not required
• 2 supervisor references required
• Nursing license must be in hand prior to start date
