Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Must have orthopedic experience - 95% orthopedic cases including ACL repairs, total joints, and scopes
• Work in Pre-op and PACU areas
• Pre-op patient ratio is 1:1, PACU patient ratio is 2:1
• Perform duties including starting IVs, preparing patients for surgery, and recovering patients in Phase 1 and Phase 2
• Work with critical care equipment
• No weekends and no holidays required
• Night shift optional
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Critical care experience preferred
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Must be versatile with assignments and able to work with a variety of personalities
• Strong critical thinking skills required
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and provide reassurance and comfort to patients
