Physical Therapist Assistant

Opportunity:

PT - PTA

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a rotating weekend schedule
• 8-hour shifts with approximately 6.5 patients treated per day
• Participate in holiday rotation
• Perform start of care (SOC), resumption of care (ROC), recertifications, evaluations, and daily visits
• Treat patients with diagnoses including CHF, orthopedic conditions, and pneumonia
• Provide care in a home health setting
• Clinical manager or educator available 24/7 for emergencies or during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) for support while in the field
• 2-week orientation with a work coach including supervised visits
• Phone and tablet provided for use in the field
• Charting completed using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Dress code: scrubs or business casual
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• New graduates not preferred; no specific experience requirements beyond that
