SLP Job in Tulsa, OK

You'll provide direct clinical care to patients across a variety of diagnoses, disorders, and age ranges. Your responsibilities will include screenings, evaluations, and treatment delivery tailored to each patient's needs.

Your documentation will be thorough and precise, covering diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, discharge summaries, recommendations, progress reports, daily treatment records, and home programs. All written work will meet TJC, Medicare, and professional standards.

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical patient care including screenings, evaluations, and treatments
• Maintain comprehensive documentation meeting regulatory and professional standards
• Manage your workload efficiently while meeting departmental standards
• Support team members during high-volume or emergency situations
• Develop or update evaluation and treatment protocols
• Attend 95% of departmental, in-service, and team meetings
• Orient, supervise, and evaluate practicum students and graduate interns as requested
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support

What you need:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Oklahoma State License to practice Speech Language Pathology
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Home Health experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for data input and reporting

Assignment Details:

This is a 5-day-per-week, 8-hour day shift assignment at Yale Campus - Warren Clinic Tower in Tulsa, OK. The assignment runs for 89 days, beginning June 1, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,249.60.
