Physical Therapist Job in Ladson, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment in Ladson, SC, starting May 4, 2026. This is a full-time outpatient position working 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.

Position Overview

You will work in an outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients with a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions. You'll see 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is part of the workflow.

Schedule & Hours

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval before hours are worked
• Days shift, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the outpatient orthopedic clinic
• Float to other clinics as needed
• Meet established productivity standards
• Collaborate with the clinical team

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates and PTAs are not eligible
• First-time travelers are welcome

Compensation & Assignment Details

Weekly pay: $1,911.14. You will be assigned to RES-North Charleston in the Ladson, SC area with the option to float to neighboring clinics within the travel team network.
