Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week with call responsibilities
• Position available after 7/4/26
• Perform perioperative nursing duties as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in the operating room setting
• Execute the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing staff and students
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Plan patient care across the care continuum
• Support efficient use of human and material resources
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification
• Minimum education: Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
