Job Details:

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Patient ratio of 3:1
• Types of surgery include outpatient surgeries and infusion patients
• Infusion medications include blood, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, and antibiotics (no chemotherapy)
• On-call schedule includes 1 weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and approximately 4 weekday calls per month
• May need to take holiday call if coverage is needed
• 4th weekend schedule
• EMR system: EPIC experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers welcome
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• CNOR certification preferred
• Iowa nursing license required
• Mandatory reporter certification required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Driver's license required
• Work history/resume required
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
