PACU RN Job at THOP Sierra Campus

You will work as an RN in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at THOP Sierra Campus. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning March 30, 2026, with a schedule of three 12-hour day shifts per week. Your weekly pay is $1,944.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in the PACU or Pre-Op setting
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support the facility CNO in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care
• Maintain clinical competency of nursing staff
• Manage resources related to patient care
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care at the unit level

This role offers flexibility, as either PACU or Pre-Op positions are available depending on facility needs. You will be an integral part of the surgical recovery process, working directly with patients in their immediate post-anesthesia phase or preparing them for surgery.

You bring current RN licensure and the clinical skills needed to assess and respond to patients in transition from anesthesia. Your experience in acute care, patient monitoring, and staff coordination will be valued in this fast-paced surgical environment.
