CT Technologist Job in Weaverville, CA

Mountain Communities Healthcare District is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Diagnostic Imaging department in Weaverville, CA. You'll work evenings in a small rural hospital setting, performing CT and radiologic imaging examinations while working under the general supervision of the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform imaging examinations across all modalities with proficiency, including radiology and CT
• Position patients for optimal imaging results and produce quality images consistently
• Provide patient care appropriate to all ages, considering physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety criteria
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and files for all modalities
• Monitor equipment and report any suspected problems or malfunctions
• Assist with answering phones and patient scheduling
• Work with minimal supervision and react quickly in emergency situations
• Share call and work schedule equally within the department as assigned
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Licensure
• Graduate of Accredited Radiology Program with Associate of Science Degree
• Experience in at least two modalities
• BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
• Two years of experience in an Acute Care setting

You'll need flexibility with staffing patterns, including holidays, weekends, and call time, and the ability to work under adverse conditions in a rural healthcare environment. This is a 91-day assignment starting January 8, 2026, with weekly pay of $3,212.
