AK-Registered Nurse-Operating Room/Circulating - $105 RATE AK license required at submittal

RN - PACU

Job Details:

• 3 years of OR experience required
• Alaska nursing license required at time of submission
• Flu vaccine required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN, Associate degree, or Diploma)
• Valid, current, full and unrestricted RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital and/or Rural Operating Rooms strongly preferred
• Multi-task efficiently to ensure surgical cases proceed throughout the day in a timely manner
• Utilize after-hour call services to staff Operating Rooms for nights, holidays and weekends
• Handle all types of elective and emergency cases including abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedics, vascular and OB/GYN procedures
• Must live at least 50+ miles away from facility address
• Start date will be no less than 5 weeks after fingerprint cards are received for processing
• Fingerprint appointment must be scheduled within 2-3 days of acceptance to avoid start date delays
