Cath Lab Technologist Job in Tamarac, FL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital in Tamarac, Florida. This is a backfill position offering 91 days of work on a 4x10 day shift schedule, running 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Your weekly pay is $2,628.

In this role, you will perform cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology (EP), and peripheral vascular procedures in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization environment. You will work independently and be expected to handle multiple procedure types with competence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support electrophysiology (EP) cases
• Support peripheral vascular procedures
• Document procedures using the Meditech documentation system
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
• Work as an independent team member in the Cath Lab

Required Qualifications:

• Allied Health Professional degree
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Willingness to scrub for electrophysiology and peripheral vascular cases

You will be assigned a scrub color based on facility requirements. This position is a replacement for a current contractor, so you will be stepping into an established workflow. The start date is May 11, 2026.
