RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within full scope of practice
• Participate in development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community
• Conduct observation data collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational and spiritual needs
• Follow individualized and ongoing plan of care for each patient
• Work collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Care for medical patients and primarily surgical patients
• Manage care for joint replacements, hip fractures, open abdominal surgeries, neck and back surgeries
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for diverse surgical patient population
