Telemetry RN Job in Detroit, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Telemetry unit at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, earning $1,969.92 weekly.

In this role, you will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing interventions. You will supervise clinical staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, ensuring competency and maintaining safe practice standards throughout your shift.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

You will work as part of the facility nursing leadership team to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and care quality. Effective communication, clinical judgment, and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced telemetry environment.

Assignment Details: This is a 91-day contract beginning June 1, 2026. You will be required to wear Navy scrubs as part of the facility uniform policy.
