Telemetry RN Job in Wilmington, NC

Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center Crisis Response is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 112-week telemetry assignment in Wilmington, NC. You'll work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on a 3x12 schedule with a patient ratio of 1:6.

Role Details

• Care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including diabetes, dementia, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, congestive heart failure, urinary tract infections, renal failure, and post-surgical recovery
• Monitor telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage acute changes
• Perform IV management, blood product administration, wound care, and respiratory support
• Coordinate with rapid response teams as needed
• Support Storm Team/Hurricane Team responsibilities during catastrophic events
• Every other weekend requirement with maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Float requirement to main campus facility (32 minutes away)
• Self-scheduling system with no call requirement

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start date
• 24-hour orientation required
• Navy blue or white scrubs required
• Up to 48 hours allowed for lab testing completion after signing

• Weekly pay: $2,019.17
