PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment in outpatient physical therapy department
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Missouri required
• 1+ years of experience required
• Weekend hours as per facility needs
• Float requirements as needed
• Dress code requires black scrubs
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1
• Work in multidisciplinary outpatient therapy department serving occupational and speech therapy
• Treat adult patients with orthopedic, orthopedic surgical, pain management, neurological, and sports medicine diagnoses
• Provide 30-minute treatment sessions with flexibility based on patient needs
• Maintain 1:1 patient care with no double booking or techs treating patients
• Meet productivity expectations of 80% patient care time each shift
• Work with EMR system EPIC
• Must be team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
