Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Long-term care RN position with block scheduling type
• Patient ratios of 1:10 on all shifts including days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Float required within the facility
• Average daily census of 21 patients across 23 beds
• Patients include adult and geriatric age groups
• Previous charge experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• New York state nursing license required
• Required certification: BLS
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, social services, and pharmacy
