OR Registered Nurse Job in Flagstaff, Arizona

Flagstaff Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work 3×12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week at $2,229.12 weekly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with 1:1 ratios in a high-acuity OR environment
• Circulate, scrub, and charge cases as assigned
• Support general, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and neurological procedures, including craniotomies
• Manage high-volume ortho, trauma, and spine cases
• Maintain Cerner charting documentation

Requirements:

• Current Arizona RN License or valid compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience with circulate, scrub, and charge competency
• Level I trauma experience required (highly skilled clinicians with recent Level II trauma experience considered)
• Demonstrated experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro procedures

Call and Scheduling:

• On-call requirement: Up to 8 weekday shifts and up to 9 weekend call shifts (Friday–Sunday) within the 13-week period, with 30-minute recall
• Weekend scheduling is blocked
• Facility retains right to call off up to 6 times during the 13-week assignment
