Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work in a Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology unit on the 1st floor
• Day shift with 2 RNs and 2 RTs on staff
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• Operate GE and Philips fluoroscopy equipment
• Use Meditech and Mac Lab EMR systems
• Critical care experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Perform procedures including TIPS, EVAR, AAA repair, PICC, Vertebroplasty, and vascular-peripheral interventions
• Unit is heading toward neuro intervention route
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Scrubs will be provided from stock - sizes will be needed
• Call required for off hours and weekend rotation
• Must be within 30-minute call radius
• Float areas include CVRU and Cath lab
• Must be amicable and flexible with schedule
