Occupational Therapist Job in Twin Falls, ID

St Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026. You will work four 10-hour shifts per week from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, treating 10 to 12 patients daily in acute inpatient and rehabilitation settings.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in acute inpatient and rehabilitation units, with potential coverage in ICU based on experience and facility need
• Work with common diagnoses including orthopedic total joints, neurological strokes, occasional brain injuries, medical patients, and general ICU cases
• Manage rotating weekend requirements; scheduling is not self-directed
• Provide holiday coverage as needed
• Document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings
• First-time travelers with limited experience are welcome if capable
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Onboarding and Work Environment

• Plan for 2-3 days of department-specific orientation, which will include Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts
• Scrubs are permitted but must not match colors of other departments

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,628.
