About this role

CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM) at $2,864.52 weekly.

Position Overview

You will provide CT imaging services in a Level 1 trauma center with high-acuity patient populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Your role includes performing CT and X-ray procedures, operating across eight treatment areas equipped with Siemens imaging systems and Bracco contrast injectors, and supporting the busy OR and ER departments with CTAs, cardiac studies, and perfusion imaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT and X-ray procedures with capability to perform venipuncture as required
  • Support OR and ER departments with specialized imaging studies
  • Manage mixed patient populations with diverse imaging needs
  • Operate EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
  • Float between main campus and UC campus (stand-alone ER) as needed
  • Potential to float to MRI, X-ray, and Ultrasound departments depending on position needs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong problem-solving and priority management

Requirements

  • Allied Health Professional degree with CT certification preferred
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ARRT-R certifications required
  • Level 1 trauma experience and travel healthcare experience required
  • Valid driver's license for distance verification
  • Ability to reside more than 50 miles from facility
  • Cannot be currently employed with CommonSpirit facilities
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Artificial nails prohibited; refusal to remove results in contract termination
