CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday or Tuesday start, consecutive days)
• Shift times may vary +/- 2 hours depending on unit needs with advance notice
• On-call rotation required with staff
• Must be available to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R), ARRT(CT)
• Virginia state license required (emergency authorization available for out-of-state licenses)
• Siemens experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Preparation and administration of contrast media required
• Radiation safety knowledge required
• Must be able to float to Carilion Clinic Riverside (approximately 0.5 miles away)
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis studies with and without contrast
