Description
<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg PCU Stepdown</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in a combined Medical-Surgical Unit and Progressive Care Unit treating both status types of patients<br>• Patient ratios: 1:4 for PCU patients, 1:5 for Medical/Surgical patients<br>• Float to Telemetry and Med Surg units as needed<br>• Must have PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg experience required<br>• Every other weekend schedule required<br>• First to float when floating is necessary<br>• Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks<br>• Use EPIC charting system<br>• BSN degree not required<br>• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS<br>• Client can provide 2-week notice and call off up to 48 hours per 13 weeks<br>• Work in acute care setting at Trauma Level 3 facility</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare provider offering acute care services with Trauma Level 3 capabilities.
