PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday with an 8:00 AM start time
• Outpatient care setting with approximately 12 patients treated per day
• Primarily outpatient orthopedic caseload with a variety of diagnoses given small town setting
• Acute inpatient coverage may be requested if candidate has applicable experience
• Outpatient PT clinic is located within an athletic club
• Work alongside a team of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs with rehab aides available for support (no PTAs on staff)
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Business casual dress code required; no denim
• Charting performed in MEDITECH system
• Required certification: BLS
• Oregon state license required for this assignment
• No supervisory responsibilities
