Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Available as 4x12 or 3x12 schedule options
• Every other weekend requirement
• 2 years of experience required
• Must have active South Carolina RRT license
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Trauma Level 1 experience required
• 1 year of EPIC charting experience required
• Must be proficient in adult critical care work settings
• Perform extubation, nasal airway placements, suctioning, oral airway placement, pulmonary hygiene, sputum specimen collection, and tracheostomy care
• Administer various respiratory medications including albuterol, Atrovent, combivent, flovent, inhaled steroids, and others
• Experience with high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, CPAP, and mechanical ventilation weaning required
• Must have experience with Servo U ventilator equipment
• Required to float to other units or campuses as needed based on qualifications
• Complete pre-assignment modules within 48 hours of contract signing
• 36-hour orientation provided
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
• First-time travelers accepted
