OT - Therapy Rehab

Job Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Provide occupational therapy services in a nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Work with patients requiring rehabilitative care and therapy services
• Position classified as rapid response crisis coverage
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
