RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• Guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly
• Call requirements every 5th weekday and every 5th weekend
• No option for block schedule
• 1:1 patient ratio
• 4 OR suites in unit
• Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including CABG, AVR, MVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Aortic Root Replacements, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs, Femoral-Popliteal Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, AV fistula, Impella placement, Ventricular Assist Devices, ECMO cases, Thoracotomy, and Robotic Thoracotomy
• 2-4 years of cardiovascular experience required
• Indiana state nursing license required
• BLS certification required
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrubs provided by the hospital
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility - local candidates not accepted
