Telemetry RN Job in Akron, OH

You'll work as an RN in a 33-bed cardiac telemetry unit at Akron Campus. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting July 19, 2026, with three 12-hour night shifts per week and a weekly pay of $2,264.40.

Role Details:

• Patient ratios of 1:5 or 1:6
• Floating requirements within the unit
• Every-other-weekend and holiday rotation required
• Charge nurse responsibilities—you'll take charge on shift regularly

Required Experience and Credentials:

• 2+ years of RN experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry positions
• 2+ years of recent charge experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certification
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE
• Recent experience drawing blood and starting/maintaining IVs
• Epic experience within the last 12 months (mandatory)—resume must document where Epic was last used for each job in the past 12 months

Assignment Expectations:

• Solid black scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days of RTO (return time off) allowed
• RTO not permitted during the first two weeks of assignment
• Block schedules accepted on a case-by-case basis
• Interview required before placement

This role is suited for a telemetry nurse with strong charge experience, current Epic proficiency, and a solid track record in cardiac care. You'll be part of an established team in the Cleveland area working the night shift.
