CT Technologist Job in Asheville, NC

You'll work as a CT Technologist in the CT unit on the 2nd floor of A tower at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 42-week travel position with a start date of March 30, 2026, working 3x12 night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) at $2,496.60 per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing diagnostic CT imaging across all areas including neuro, MSK, body, cardiac, and pediatric scans
• Conducting invasive CT procedures with proficiency in ED trauma and stroke imaging
• Operating GE equipment including Optima, 3 GE EVO units, and GE Revolution scanners
• Using Medrad Injectors and managing venipuncture when required
• Documenting and managing patient records via Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS systems

What we're looking for:

• Current ARRT (R) certification (required)
• Demonstrated competency in all areas of CT imaging, including diagnostic and invasive procedures
• Required experience with ED trauma and stroke imaging
• Preferred experience with GE equipment, invasive CT, cardiac imaging, and venipuncture
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with self-motivation

Additional details:

• Possible weekend shifts with rotation to other shifts
• On-call responsibilities of approximately 12 hours per month
• Black scrubs required for dress code
