CT Technologist Travel Job in Plantation, FL

You will work as a CT Technologist at HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, Florida. This is a 12-week travel assignment running from April 6, 2026, offering three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

About the Role

You will perform CT scans, MRI imaging, body scans, and X-rays using GE 1.5 Discovery 450 CT equipment. Your work involves creating detailed images of bones, organs, and tissues to support accurate clinical assessment. You will document findings and manage patient records using the Meditech EMR system. Independent work is essential—you must be comfortable managing your responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Schedule and Environment

You will work three 12-hour day shifts weekly with no on-call responsibilities. The department operates 24-hour coverage, and you must be flexible and willing to adjust to operational needs. You will maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and work collaboratively with the clinical team.

Requirements

• Current Allied Health Professional credential as a CT Technologist
• BLS and ARRT certifications required
• Preferred certifications include ACLS, RT (T), ASRT, and FASRT
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to meet departmental scheduling needs

Compensation and Benefits
