ED RN Job in Chester, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at MUSC Health - Chester. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 3x12 nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratio: 1:4
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Weekly pay: $1,944

Facility Information

MUSC Health - Chester is a rural facility providing diverse emergent care. You will care for patients across all age groups, including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Higher acuity patients are transferred out. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.

Scheduling & Flexibility

• Block schedule available upon approval
• You may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Free parking

Requirements

• Current SC license or Compact license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• First-time travelers accepted

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CPI, TNCC, NRP
• Epic charting experience
