Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Work in a 14-OR suite including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs within a 408-bed hospital
• Day shift staffing includes 14-16 RNs and 14-16 CSTs with Clinical Charge RN coverage
• On-call required 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM one day per week and weekend on-call once every 6 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
• Experience with standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems required
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Perform procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine cases
• No transplant procedures performed
• Strong communication skills and adaptability required
• Patient experience is a priority
