RN - Med Surg Neuro

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No call requirements
• Weekend shifts required
• Work on 40-bed neurology unit with patient ratios of 5-6:1 during day shift
• Required certifications: BLS and NIH
• Must complete MedSurg Assessment, Pharmacology Assessment, and MedSurg Skills assessments
• Work with EMR system Meditech
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
• Must demonstrate positive attitude and team player mentality
• Work alongside charge nurse, 8 RNs, and 4 PCTs during day shift
• Provide care for neurology patients requiring medical-surgical nursing expertise
