NICU RN Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

You will work as an RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning August 5, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend schedule
• 12 hours guaranteed per day
• Weekly pay: $2,104
• No on-call responsibilities

Role Details

You will provide direct care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and supporting families during their stay. You will float to the well baby nursery and transition care areas as needed.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• National certification
