Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Thornton, CO

You will work as an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge, a 91-day travel assignment starting September 7, 2026. Your schedule is five 8-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM, with variable pre- and post-procedure shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The facility operates a cardiac cath lab procedural area with three holding bays and two cath suites. You will provide care with a patient ratio of three staff to one patient, managing both holding and monitoring responsibilities. Your duties include performing and assisting with left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures, pacemaker and ICD placements, cardioversions, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests.

You will operate GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment, and document patient care using the Meditech EMR system. On-call responsibilities rotate with the clinical team.

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Holding and monitoring experience preferred
• Ability to reside within 30 minutes of the facility
• Positive and flexible approach to high-quality patient care

This position offers $2,660 weekly pay. Thornton is located in the Denver metropolitan area, providing access to urban amenities and outdoor recreation in Colorado.
