Physical Therapist Job in Punxsutawney, PA

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at DPTI-Punxsutawney, PA. This role is designed for travel professionals seeking a 89-day assignment beginning May 4, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (Days)
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation to work up to 40 hours weekly
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Patient load of 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits
• Overtime must be approved by the director before working any OT hours

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services
• Float to other clinics as needed; option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic for the travel team

Qualifications

• Valid degree in Therapy (Physical Therapy)
• Outpatient experience is preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome
• New graduates are welcome
• PTA candidates are not accepted

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,986.77
