Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards
• Accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction
• Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients
• On-call schedule to be determined by facility
• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
• 2+ years of recent Med Surg/Tele experience required
• 2+ years of experience working with stroke patients required and must be listed on resume
• Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered
• Must be willing to take mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered
• No scheduling restrictions accepted - must be willing to work facility's schedule
• Previous travel experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Maryland RN license required with Nursys verification less than 30 days old
