Certified Surgical Technologist Job in Glenwood Springs, CO

Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team at this Level III trauma center. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 rotating shifts with call responsibilities
• Weekly pay: $2,365.20
• Work across four state-of-the-art surgical suites

Surgical Specialties

You will support a broad range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, total joints, neurosurgery and spine procedures, general surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology (ENT), obstetrics and gynecology, urology, plastics, neurology, and trauma surgery. You will have exposure to advanced robotic platforms including Exactech, Mako, Stealth, and DaVinci systems.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program
• Current Surgical Technology certification from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
• Colorado Surgical Tech License (CST) issued by DORA
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Flu vaccination (no exemptions permitted)
• Completion of CAPS requirement through Colorado system
• Permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility

Experience Requirements

You must have documented experience working in orthopedics, total joints, neuro/spine, robotic surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, and plastics. Demonstrated competency across these diverse surgical specialties is essential for this role.
