ED Registered Nurse Job in Wichita Falls, TX

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at United Regional in Wichita Falls, Texas. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 13, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,099.52.

Schedule & Hours

• 3x12 night shifts on a 36/48 alternating schedule
• 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee
• Weekend coverage required

The Role

You will care for patients of all ages—neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—in a 62-room emergency department with a daily census of 190 patients. Your patient ratio will be 4:1 across all shifts and weekends. A 48-hour orientation is required, and orientation modules will be completed during your first 16 hours (non-billable, averaging 2–3 hours).

Requirements

• Current RN license in-hand before your start date
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred with prior travel experience
• 2 years of experience accepted if from a high-volume or trauma facility
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
