Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Telemetry/Med Surg unit with PCU on the 4th floor of the main hospital
• 32-bed unit with a patient ratio of 4 or 5:1
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4-8 RNs, 2 floor CNAs, and 1 sitter
• Utilize GE Telemetry system for patient monitoring
• Document using Meditech EMR system - experience preferred
• Perform IV and foley starts as well as chest tube removals
• Experience caring for post-op CABG patients preferred
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Outgoing team player willing to take initiative preferred
