PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
• Possibility of 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract with no holiday coverage
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region
• Can be placed on low census call with 2-hour minimum callback
• Treat 8-10 patients in both orthopedic outpatient unit and acute inpatient settings
• Business casual attire required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be hardworking, resilient, manage change well, and able to work independently
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• During flu season, travelers declining flu and COVID vaccination must wear masks at all times per facility policy
